Description
We are seeking a multidisciplinary Creative Generalist Intern to support brand, content, and campaign work across the organisation. The successful candidate will contribute to graphic design, video production, and marketing strategy, working as a single, versatile contributor rather than within a narrowly defined specialism.
This position is well suited to an early-career creative who is building breadth across disciplines and who wants meaningful exposure to how brand and marketing decisions are made and executed.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable design ability, evidenced by a portfolio of completed work
- Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and a video editing suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Strong visual judgement — the ability to assess creative quality and articulate the reasoning behind design decisions
- Proven capacity to deliver quality work to deadline in a fast-moving environment
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Candidates with equivalent self-directed experience and a strong portfolio will be considered
Attributes
We place particular weight on the following:
- Judgement and taste. An instinct for what constitutes strong work, and the confidence to defend it.
- Composure. The ability to remain effective when timelines compress or requirements change.
- Ownership. Reliable follow-through without close supervision.
- Curiosity. A habit of asking who the work is for before beginning it.
What we offer
- Direct mentorship from the Marketing Manager, with structured feedback and review
- Exposure to brand strategy, campaign planning, and stakeholder engagement
- A portfolio of published, real-world work
- Certificate of participation and future reference where needed
