At KBI, our social media channels are more than announcements—they're how we build community, spark curiosity, and make people feel like they belong in the world of blockchain, technology, and education. We're looking for a Volunteer Social Media Manager who understands that the right post at the right time can open a door for someone who didn't know one existed.
This is a role for someone who thinks about audience first and content second. Your work will help KBI grow a digital presence that feels human, credible, and worth following.
What you will do
You will be the voice behind KBI's online presence. This means developing and scheduling social media content across our platforms, crafting captions and visuals that reflect KBI's mission and tone, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages, tracking analytics to understand what resonates with our audience, supporting promotional campaigns for programs and events, and staying current on trends to keep our content relevant and fresh.
