    Description

Posterity International is seeking two Marketing Interns to help expand the reach, visibility, and engagement of a growing international nonprofit.

This opportunity is designed for students, recent graduates, and emerging professionals interested in nonprofit marketing, digital marketing, communications, branding, social impact, international development, humanitarian action, and audience engagement.

Two interns will be selected for distinct portfolios:

Posterity International Marketing — 1 opening

Support organization-wide branding, audience development, campaigns, fundraising, partnerships, and organizational visibility.

Safe Survivor Initiative Marketing — 1 opening

Support awareness, public education, advocacy, fundraising, events, and movement-building surrounding the initiative.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience developing marketing around real nonprofit programs and campaigns rather than completing hypothetical classroom projects.

    What You'll Do

    • Support marketing and audience-growth strategy
    • Assist with planning and launching campaigns
    • Develop messaging for different audiences and channels
    • Support fundraising and event marketing
    • Research audiences, partnerships, promotional channels, and growth opportunities
    • Review engagement and campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with communications, social media, research, design, and fundraising team members
    • Help maintain clear and consistent organizational positioning

    Who We're Looking For

We're looking for creative and strategic thinkers interested in marketing, communications, branding, public relations, or related fields. Strong writing, organization, and familiarity with digital platforms are important. Experience with analytics, email marketing, SEO, or campaign strategy is welcomed but not required.

Strong candidates are curious about why audiences engage, not simply how to produce content. They take initiative, meet deadlines, respond constructively to feedback, and think strategically about how communications can inspire attention and action.

    What You'll Gain

Gain hands-on nonprofit marketing experience while developing skills in campaign strategy, audience development, messaging, fundraising promotion, advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll also have opportunities to develop portfolio-ready work.
