    Description

    Caris Healthcare whihc is a hospice company is seeking compassionate veteran volunteers to provide one-on-one support to our veteran patients in hospice care. We aim to match veteran volunteers with patients who share similar military backgrounds, fostering connections through shared experiences and understanding.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide Companionship: Spend quality time with veteran patients, offering emotional support and friendship.
    • Share Military Experiences: Connect over common backgrounds and stories, enhancing the patient’s comfort and sense of camaraderie.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Veteran Volunteers: Those who have served in any branch of the military and understand the unique challenges and experiences of fellow veterans.
    • Compassionate Individuals: Must be passionate about helping others and providing support during difficult times.
    • Reliable and Committed: Willingness to dedicate time to engage with our patients regularly.
