    Description

Helping Hands of Chinese Communities (HHCC) is seeking passionate digital volunteers to join our team! This is a 100% remote/online role perfect for individuals looking to use their writing, social media, and digital marketing skills to support multi-generational cultural and community wellbeing programs.

Please Note: While this begins as a volunteer position, our goal is to transition these roles into paid positions as our organization grows and funding is secured.

We are looking for help in any of these key areas:

    1. Grant Writing & Research: Finding and drafting proposals for state, federal, and local funding opportunities (similar to WA DSHS and federal civic/health grants) to support our core initiatives.

    2. Marketing & Social Media: Designing outreach strategies, managing our website, and creating engaging content for our channels (Web, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to promote our programs and spread our mission, "My Community, My Shine." Our Current & Upcoming Initiatives Include: * N-400 Citizenship Mock Interviews & Civic Support * Language & Cultural Academy * Community Art & Music Programs * Intergenerational Health & Wellbeing Initiatives (Seniors & Youth) Qualifications: * Strong written and communication skills in English. * Familiarity with social media platforms, basic marketing strategies, or grant frameworks. * A heart for community service, ci
