Volunteer with Crescent Hospice- Patient and Family Support

Crescent Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to provide companionship, comfort, and emotional support to patients and families during an important season of life. Hospice volunteers play a meaningful role by offering presence, conversation, and support when it matters most.

Volunteer opportunities are flexible and based on your availability and interests. No medical experience is required; just a caring heart, reliability, and a willingness to serve.

Volunteer activities may include:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Reading, writing letters, or sharing music
• Sitting with patients while caregivers take short breaks
• Offering comfort and emotional support to patients and families

All volunteers receive orientation, training, and ongoing support from our Volunteer Coordinator prior to any patient assignments.
