Help PATH Orange County as they support individuals experiencing homelessness.
PATH street outreach teams distribute Hygiene Care Kits to our unhoused neighbors and use them as an engagement tool to build relationships. Hygiene items are also used at our interim sites to support our guests as they navigate their way to permanent housing.
Volunteers can help with collecting and donating common hygiene items for women’s and men’s care. The kits may be assembled into bags, but donations of items by themselves are also accepted.
General Hygiene Items include:
You may also add non-perishable snacks such as granola bars, mini cereal boxes, nuts, dried fruit, crackers, pretzels, jerky, and mini water bottles.
For health and safety reasons, all items must be new and unopened.
A typical assembled bag (1-gallon plastic bags are preferable) may consist of hygiene products, dental items, anti-bacterial wipes, and (if desired) feminine hygiene products. You may customize it with an encouraging note, but please refrain from including any personal information.
