    Description

Are you passionate about Jewish learning and helping others connect to Jewish traditions? We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help support our Orthodox Jewish clients with intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) who are interested in furthering their Jewish education!

As a volunteer, you will lead Jewish learning/Torah study sessions for our Orthodox Jewish Community Residence for adults with IDD. This is a wonderful opportunity to make meaningful connections while making Jewish learning accessible and engaging for everyone!

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and skill levels! Together, we make a difference.

The Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services supports New Yorkers of all backgrounds with programs that fight homelessness, domestic violence, substance use, children’s mental health, and much more.
