    We’re excited to announce the beautiful houses will be built in the Carillon Parc neighborhood of Southlake, TX and will be unveiled and available for sale in Spring 2026.

    The Showplace Community is an extension of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway where five custom builders have come together to raise one million dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
