Position Summary

The Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator helps develop relationships with businesses, organizations, community partners, and potential sponsors to support Pretty With Purpose’s programs and initiatives. This role helps identify partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships that contribute to the organization’s growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential sponsors, donors, and community partners.
• Assist with developing and sending sponsorship and partnership outreach.
• Maintain organized records of potential and active partnerships.
• Communicate with businesses, organizations, and community contacts.
• Assist with sponsorship proposals, partnership materials, and presentations.
• Coordinate follow-ups with potential sponsors and partners.
• Help identify opportunities for collaborative programs, events, and initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of long-term partner relationships.
• Track partnership activities, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
• Provide updates to organizational leadership regarding sponsorship and partnership efforts.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling organizational and partner information.
• Perform additional partnership-related duties and special assignments as directed by leadership.
