    This simple, meaningful role brings comfort from the very first moment of care.

    What You’ll Do:

    🎁 Pack small comfort items and practical essentials

    👜 Assemble welcome bags on a flexible, do‑from‑home schedule

    💙 Add a personal touch that shows warmth and compassion

    🏡 Support our patients and families with a gentle first impression

    If you’d like to help us make every new family feel seen, supported, and welcomed from day one, we’d love to have you on our Welcome Bag Team.
