    Description

    Volunteers! Join our amazing Canyon care team bringing comfort and peace to patients facing life limiting conditions.

    Canyon Volunteers visit patients, their families and caregivers offering companionship, conversation and support. A friendly visitor!

    Training is quick and easy. Flexible scheduling (you set your own schedule) to fit your life. You will visit patients in various care facilities in the Northern Colorado area providing listening and talking about a patient's life experiences. Music and singing are not required, but patients do love it. Crafts, games, art, reading, etc. welcome.

    All it takes is a smile and an encouraging word to make someone's day!
