    Description

    The Thrive 360 Conference

    The B.A.S.E. Foundation is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and community-minded volunteers to support Thrive 360: A Well-thy Experience. The theme for 2026 is Thriving Through Every Season: Mind, Body, & Bank Account.

    Thrive 360 is a one-day financial wellness and community empowerment conference designed to strengthen finances, elevate wellness, and build community with a vibe. Through expert-led sessions on financial education, health, wellness, homeownership, investing, and personal growth, attendees gain practical tools, resources, and connections to support long-term stability and success.

    Volunteer Opportunities Include:

    • Speaker Support
    • Vendor Relations
    • Community Outreach Ambassadors
    • Event Operations & Logistics
    • Setup & Breakdown Crew
    • Videography & Content Capture (b-roll clips)

    Responsibilities May Include:

    • Greeting and checking in attendees
    • Providing directions and answering attendee questions
    • Assisting speakers with room setup and session logistics
    • Supporting vendors throughout the event
    • Monitoring breakout rooms and helping maintain event flow
    • Assisting with event setup and breakdown
    • Serving as a community ambassador and representing The B.A.S.E. Foundation professionally
    • Capturing event videos (select roles)
    • Assisting with general event needs as they arise

    Qualifications:

    • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Dependable and punctual
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Comfortable interacting with attendees, speakers, vendors, and community partners
    • Passion for community engagement and service
    • Prior event experience is helpful but not required
