Volunteer at Senior & Veteran Apartments – Help Create a Caring Community

Opened in 2023, this deeply affordable housing community provides safe, stable homes for formerly homeless seniors and veterans. With 94 studio apartments, dedicated case management, and welcoming community spaces and libraries, this is a place where residents can truly rebuild their lives.

In February 2025, Phase 2 opened to welcome even more residents, and plans for Phase 3 are already underway — making volunteers an essential part of keeping this community thriving.

What will volunteers do?

• Organizing supplies
• Cleaning or tidying shared spaces
• Assisting at the front desk with check-ins, organizing or restocking the store, and delivering update notices
• Helping with food distribution
• Light maintenance (e.g., changing light bulbs, sweeping supply closets)

What will volunteers need to bring or wear?

Please wear modest clothing that can get dirty. Also closed-toe shoes are required.
