Silverado Hospice is seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Administrative Volunteers to support our mission of enriching lives through exceptional hospice care. This vital role helps our clinical team focus on patient care by ensuring our office operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with organizing and sorting patient supplies
- Prepare mailings, comfort packets, and volunteer materials
- Help with phone calls, data entry, and general office support
- Support volunteer and community outreach projects
- Maintain confidentiality and a professional, compassionate attitude
Qualifications:
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in an office setting
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Compassion for patients and families in hospice care
- Must complete a volunteer orientation and background check
Time Commitment:
Flexible schedule during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm). Even a few hours a week can make a difference!
