The ocean is at a tipping point — and we need your expertise to help turn the tide.
The Sea Save Foundation is a globally recognized, entirely volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to protecting marine wildlife and advancing ocean conservation policy. From advocating for endangered species protections at international forums like CITES to educating the public on urgent ocean issues, our work directly contributes to safeguarding the future of our planet.
But our digital presence is not keeping pace with our impact.
Our website, analytics, and online systems are not fully optimized — and as a result, critical conservation work is not reaching the audience it should.
We need someone to take ownership and fix this.
We are seeking a high-level volunteer leader to oversee and elevate our digital ecosystem.
This is a leadership role — not a support position.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and optimize website performance (SEO, structure, visibility)
- Oversee and improve Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation
- Ensure accurate tracking and actionable reporting
- Identify and resolve gaps in traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Develop and execute a strategy to expand digital reach
- Align digital performance with organizational goals
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO
- Proven track record of improving digital performance and reach
- Strategic thinker with leadership capability
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a volunteer environment
- Strong interest in ocean conservation and environmental protection
