    Description

Moms on the Move is a community-based initiative focused on improving maternal mental health through movement, connection, and support. We host social walking events that create a welcoming space for moms to get active, meet others in similar stages of life, and build meaningful relationships.

We are currently looking for passionate, reliable volunteers—especially moms or individuals interested in maternal and community health—to help grow and sustain this initiative. Volunteers may assist with event planning, outreach, facilitating activities like our “speed-friending” walks, and helping create an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in public health, community engagement, or maternal wellness. We are also seeking a dedicated lead (or co-leads) to take on a larger role in organizing future events, building partnerships, and helping expand our impact.

Whether you’re looking to get involved occasionally or take on a leadership role, we would love to have you join our community!
