Professional Photographers — The Warrior Within Network (Nationwide Initiative)

We are expanding The Warrior Within, a proven arts & health photography program with over 12 years of impact, and are seeking professional photographers across the United States to join a carefully guided national network.

This initiative offers free 45-minute mini photo sessions to cancer patients and survivors, followed by the printing and delivery of 2–3 professional images as a meaningful keepsake. These sessions serve as moments of recognition, transition, celebration, and memory—honoring each individual not just as a patient, but as a warrior.

This is a mission-driven collaboration, not a commercial opportunity.

The Warrior Within is a photography-based arts & health initiative that:

• Honors the dignity, strength, and humanity of people affected by cancer
• Helps patients transition emotionally from patient to survivor
• Creates meaningful visual memories for individuals and their families
• Uses photography as a tool for identity, empowerment, and healing

We are now exploring the possibility of extending this program into new cities and communities, while maintaining the highest ethical, professional, and artistic standards.

We are seeking established professional photographers who:

• Have a documented portfolio demonstrating professional-level work
• Operate from a studio or professional shooting environment
• Are comfortable working with cancer patients and survivors
• Understand the emotional responsibility of this type of work
• Are respectful, compassionate, and discreet
• Are willing to follow strict program guidelines and protocols

This opportunity is not suitable for hobbyists, beginners, or photographers seeking client acquisition.

To be considered, photographers must agree to the following:

• Provide one 45-minute mini session per participating patient (as scheduled)
• Participate in a background check prior to working with patients
• Commit to offering sessions free of charge to patients
• No selling, upselling, or promotion of services to patients is allowed
• Deliver selected images for approved printing and mailing to patients
• Follow all program guidelines regarding patient care, consent, and conduct
• Agree not to use images for personal, commercial, or business promotion

Images may only be shared if:

• Explicitly approved by the organization
• Used solely to acknowledge participation in The Warrior Within initiative
• Used in a way that honors patient dignity and privacy

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in removal from the network.
