    Great Achievers Social Development Initiative (GASDI) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education, healthcare, and economic empowerment.     Role Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our programs and services. This is a volunteer position that requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational standards
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for quality enhancement
    • Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans
    • Analyze data and metrics to inform quality assurance decisions
    • Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to the Board and senior management

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, or a related field
    • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
