🎉 Volunteer at Our Sneaker Ball Fundraiser – One-Day Event Help

Destined For Greater Girls is inviting friendly volunteers to help make our Sneaker Ball fundraising event a fun and welcoming night for the community.

This is a one-day event where guests come together for music, dancing, and connection while supporting survivors of human trafficking. Volunteers help with simple event activities such as welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, and supporting the event team during the celebration.

No prior experience is needed, our team will guide and support you throughout your shift.

About the Sneaker Ball

The Sneaker Ball is a semi-formal community fundraiser where guests dress up and dance in sneakers while supporting survivor services and prevention programs.

Your help makes this meaningful evening possible and supports programs that provide housing, counseling, education, and pathways to independence for survivors.

How You’ll Help

Volunteers support one main area during the event, such as:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Assisting with check-in
• Helping with simple setup or cleanup
• Answering basic questions or directing guests
• Supporting vendors or activity areas

Tasks are straightforward and team-supported.

Event Shift

Saturday, April 11th

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

or

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Volunteers are asked to arrive on time and stay for the shift so the event runs smoothly.
