    Description

    Schoolcraft College Healthcare and Science students!

    Heart to Heart Hospice is seeking volunteers to visit hospice patients in the tri-county Detroit area for companionship. This is a great way to pay it forward and make the day better for one in hospice.

    Heart to Heart provides training, assigns you near your home and always works around your schedule. We also offer classes in Social work, Bereavement, Nutrition, Chaplaincy and Dementia. Becoming a volunteer with our team is an excellent way to give to your community and also build your resume and medical knowledge. Everyone should know about hospice and all the good things it offers to patients and families.
