    Description

    STEM Professional K12 Partner

    Join our STEM Forward Program as a STEM professional volunteer. Strengthen STEM education across Metro Atlanta. STEM Forward connects students, educators, STEM professionals, and community leaders. Through collaboration, schools develop sustainable programs, pursue certification, and expand community engagement, creating impact that lasts beyond the classroom.

    As a STEM Pro volunteer, you will partner with a K12 school in Metro Atlanta to provide STEM learning opportunities related to your STEM field, career, or industry through monthly classroom lessons and presentations. You may also support schools in their STEM certification process and help students in creating STEM outreach programs for their school and community.

    How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    As a STEM Pro volunteer in this program you will support one of our partner K12 schools and their student body through real-world STEM learning opportunities during the 2026-2027 school year. This could be in the form of in-classroom presentations, helping students develop STEM projects related to your field, helping the school achieve or maintain STEM certification, and much more!
