    Description

The Alleviate Foundation is a nonprofit working to close the digital infrastructure gap for nonprofits and NGOs globally.

Across the Alleviate ecosystem (including Alleviate.org platform and programs), we’ve engaged thousands of organizations across multiple countries. The insight is consistent: organizations closest to the world’s hardest problems often lack access to the systems and funding needed to scale their impact.

We are building a new kind of support model — combining digital tools, capacity-building, and funding access — to help these organizations become fundable, scalable, and sustainable.

As part of our outreach to foundations, corporate partners, and philanthropic leaders, we are looking for a volunteer to help personalize outreach messages to ensure they are thoughtful, relevant, and aligned with each recipient.

    Project Scope

In this short sprint (1–2 hours total), you will:

    • Review a base outreach email template (already prepared)
    • Personalize 5–10 outreach messages by:
      • Referencing the recipient’s work, focus areas, or recent initiatives
      • Aligning our message with their priorities
    • Keep edits concise, relevant, and authentic (not generic)

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong writing and editing skills
    • Ability to quickly understand and adapt tone
    • Attention to detail
    • Interest in nonprofits, philanthropy, or global development

    Time Commitment

    • One-time project
    • Estimated: 1–2 hours total
    • Fully remote, flexible timing

    Why This Matters

Personalized outreach significantly increases response rates.

Your work will directly support conversations with funders and partners — helping unlock resources for organizations working on critical global challenges.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Experience working on real-world nonprofit outreach
    • Exposure to global philanthropy and partnership development
    • A short, high-impact project with clear outcomes

    How to Apply

    Please share:

    • A brief note on your interest
    • Any relevant experience (writing, communications, research, etc.)

This is a clearly defined, short-term project — ideal for those looking to contribute meaningfully without a long-term commitment.
