Local Nonprofit Fundraising Event Assistance

The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit serving people in Northern St. Louis. We provide free food assistance to low-income families and empower people to get healthy through free fitness classes and nutrition education.

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our annual fundraising event, Farm to Table, on Saturday, October 10, 2026. This evening will bring together community leaders, supporters, and partners to celebrate our mission while raising critical funds to expand access to nutritious food, wellness programming, and community health initiatives throughout North St. Louis.

Location: Project Sunflower Organic Community Garden, 4846 St. Louis Avenue

Time: Multiple time slots, including setup, cleanup, donation pick up, assistance during the event (event runs 4 pm - 6:30 pm)
