Description
These volunteers help turn trolley history into hands-on, engaging experiences for visitors of all ages.
What they do
- Develop activities and demonstrations
- Create crafts, games, scavenger hunts, and interactive learning
- Research trolley history, electricity, communication, transportation, etc.
- Help answer questions like: How do trolleys work? What powered trolley systems? What is Morse Code?
- Adapt activities for children, teens, adults, and seniors
- Help design educational programming for events
Ideal for people who:
- Like teaching or storytelling
- Are creative
- Enjoy history, STEM, or museums
- Like making learning fun
Important note
Not everyone in this role has to invent original curriculum from scratch. Some people may simply adapt ideas, improve existing activities, or help test them.
