Description
We bring volunteers into the lives of children and youth in foster care in South Carolina, currently. We need more tutors willing to enter into the child's foster home weekly during the school year, or provide this same care virtually, to guide and encourage the child to academic accomplishments.
You don't need to be a brainiac in upper level calculus. You do need to be structured, consistent, and encouraging. Our vision is that SC is the first state where all children in foster care have their very own private tutor in their foster placement.

How to Volunteer for This Opportunity
Our vision is that SC becomes the first State where every child in foster care has their own private tutor in their foster placement, through in-person and virtual tutoring options.
