With a mission rooted in transparency and shared stories, we connect global volunteers with the resilient communities of Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia.

    Role Overview: "The Narrative Unit"

The Podcast Team is the storytelling heart of IHF’s media division. This team works at the intersection of leadership and digital media, producing long-form audio content that dives into the philosophy of our work. • Content Repurposing: Identify high-impact audio clips to be used by the Social Media and Fundraising teams for global campaigns.
    • Library Coordination: Manage the storage and organization of audio assets within the Media Box for use across all 40+ IHF teams.
    • Leadership Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on "Interview Narrative Structure" and IHF’s specific brand voice.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Storytelling Flair: A passion for narrative-driven content and digital media trends.
    • Technical Interest: Basic knowledge of audio recording and digital storytelling (specific training on IHF software will be provided).
    • Project Management: Ability to coordinate recording sessions across multiple international time zones.
    • Ideal Background: Excellent for those in Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or Public Relations.

    Benefits of Joining This Team

    • Creative Portfolio: Build a high-level portfolio of international podcast content.
