TSW Network™ | Volunteer Board of Directors
Location: Phoenix, AZ | Remote Participation Available
TSW Network™ is seeking a well-connected, results-driven professional to join our Board of Directors and help accelerate our organization's funding and long-term sustainability.
We are especially interested in retired fundraising executives, corporate development professionals, philanthropic leaders, and individuals with proven experience securing major gifts, sponsorships, and charitable contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage professional networks to connect TSW with corporate sponsors, foundations, philanthropists, and major donors.
- Actively participate in fundraising outreach, including making calls, arranging introductions, and requesting financial contributions.
- Identify and cultivate corporate partnerships and long-term funding relationships.
- Help develop and execute fundraising strategies that generate measurable revenue.
- Collaborate with the CEO and fellow board members to secure funding for organizational programs and operations.
- Serve as an ambassador for TSW Network™ within corporate and philanthropic communities.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced fundraising, corporate development, or philanthropic professional with a demonstrated track record of securing financial contributions and building donor relationships.
Strong professional networks, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to personally participate in fundraising are essential.
Retired executives and professionals seeking meaningful nonprofit board service are encouraged to apply.
Board Commitment
- Volunteer, unpaid board position
- Approximately 4–6 hours monthly
- Initial two-year board term
- Active participation in fundraising and organizational growth initiatives
