    Description

    International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking highly disciplined, tech-savvy, and secure-minded volunteers to join our Passwords Team.

🔹 Role Overview The Passwords Team is the "Digital Gatekeeper" of IHF. Your mission is to manage secure access to our global platforms, ensuring that only authorized members have the tools they need to perform their duties. You are the primary defense against data breaches and the first point of contact for technical access issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Access Management: Issue, reset, and track secure credentials for all internal IHF platforms (Email, Google Workspace, Databases).
    • Security Auditing: Regularly monitor access logs to ensure that former members are offboarded and current members are following strict password hygiene.
    • Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to global volunteers facing login issues or authentication errors.
    • System Documentation: Maintain a highly confidential and encrypted master record of organizational access points.
    • Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on digital security, 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication), and IHF’s privacy protocols.

    🔹 Ideal Candidate:

    • Absolute integrity and a high respect for confidentiality and data privacy.
    • Strong technical aptitude (familiarity with password managers and cloud security).
    • Patient and clear when explaining technical steps to non-technical users.
    • Highly organized with an "Error-Free" mindset.
    • Interested in Cybersecurity, IT Management, or Systems Administration.

🔹 Benefits of Volunteering with IHF:

    • Cybersecurity Experience: Gain hands-on experience in managing security for a global, remote organization.
    • Technical Leadership: Develop training and coaching skills by onboarding new members into the digital ecosystem.
    • Critical Problem-Solving: Master the art of remote technical troubleshooting across time zones.
    • Certification: Receive official recognition for your role in safeguarding IHF’s digital infrastructure.
