Requirements: - Ability to bend and lift light-weight boxes of food in the warehouse. - English/Portuguese or Spanish fluency is a plus. Main responsibilities: -Receive food and ensure that all the products are combined and displayed accordingly for distribution. -Help set up food stations: create the assembly line of products as instructed. -Help sort the food for distribution as instructed. -Help move tables, chairs, supplies as instructed. -Greet clients and offer to help with their food bags or boxes transportation to their car. -Assist other volunteers as needed with setting up food boxes/bags and during distribution. -Maintain as ongoing safe operation of the food pantry in collaboration with the Food Pantry Coordinator. -Bring back remaining products in the storage room while adhering to the RICFB food storage guidelines, clean-up, break boxes and discard as instructed. Time Commitment: 4 hours per week. Wednesdays 8am-12pm
