    ABOUT THE POSITION

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with the President and Vice President to set the strategic direction for programs.
    • Partner with Treasurer to oversee programs budget and resource allocation.
    • Develop and manage program initiatives, including our support groups and support group leads.
    • Evaluate program effectiveness and impact by partnering with our Data and Impact analyst.
    • Manage program volunteers and key partnerships.

    Qualifications

    • Willing to commit to a 1-2 year term.
    • Experience in program management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
    • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of LGBTQ+ community and nonprofit sector, preferred.
