Business Partnership Coordinator Role Overview
We are seeking a Vendor and Business Partnership Coordinator to help build and nurture relationships with artisan vendors, food service providers, marinas, and local businesses. This role ensures that our activations are vibrant, inclusive, and aligned with ASCENDtials’ mission.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard vendors for MDBA farmers' market activations.
- Support vendor communications, including payment reminders, reconciliation sheets, and branded guides.
- Identify vacant and active business spaces for future activations.
- Collaborate with marinas and local businesses to integrate services into retreats and markets.
- Maintain clear, branded outreach materials (emails, signage, maps) to reinforce ASCENDtials’ identity.
- Represent ASCENDtials at MDBA board meetings and activations, ensuring vendor voices are heard.
Who You Are
- Passionate about small business development, vendor engagement, and community resilience.
- Skilled communicator—able to draft professional, warm outreach to vendors and partners.
- Organized and proactive, with experience in vendor relations, business associations, or event logistics.
- Comfortable working across diverse settings: marinas, markets, retreats, and board meetings.
