Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Shelter Operations Assistant to work directly with our Volunteer Coordinator. If you are someone who loves order, enjoys filing, gets satisfaction from a well-kept inventory, and likes researching community solutions, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Records Management: Assist with accurately filling out, processing, and securely filing shelter paperwork and essential administrative documents.
- Inventory & Donations: Help keep track of our ongoing donations and internal inventory, ensuring we know exactly what supplies we have on hand for our residents.
- Resource Research: Take the initiative to look into local community resources, potential partnerships, or outside services that we could bring into the Brisben Center to further support our residents.
What We Are Looking For
- Highly Detail-Oriented: A true lover of organization who thrives on keeping things neat, accurate, and orderly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable doing independent computer research and administrative tasks.
- Strict Boundary Setting: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the administrative files, identities, and situations of the families staying at the center.
