    Tết Festival Volunteer Opportunity

    Friendly Center, Inc.

    Join Friendly Center in celebrating Tết (Vietnamese New Year) with children and families from our community!

    📅 Date: Saturday, January 24

    ⏰ Time: 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

    📍 Location: Education Building

    615-A N Lemon St, Orange, CA 92867

    Volunteer Roles Include:

    • Helping with event setup and breakdown
    • Assisting at craft tables
    • Supporting performers and distributing gifts
    • Welcoming and helping direct participants

    About the Event:

    Tết is the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, a celebration of renewal, family, and hope. This event will serve approximately 100 clients and include cultural activities, crafts, and performances for children and families.

    Ideal Volunteers Are:

    • Friendly, reliable, and enjoy working with kids
    • Comfortable standing and helping throughout the event
    • Bilingual English/Vietnamese a plus, but not required
