Head of Volunteer Operations
Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to maximize community engagement while supporting program delivery and organizational operations.
Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours
- Key Responsibilities: Develop volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes, create training programs and coordinate scheduling for programs and events, maintain volunteer database and recognition systems, and ensure compliance with background check and training requirements. Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer support needs and maximize volunteer impact.
- Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
