Volunteer Videographer

We're looking for a creative and dependable Volunteer Videographer to help capture the highlights and stories of our event. Your video footage will help showcase the impact of our mission, celebrate our community, and support future marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Record key moments throughout the event, including speakers, activities, volunteers, and attendees
• Capture engaging footage of the event atmosphere, behind-the-scenes moments, and special highlights
• Coordinate with event staff to ensure important moments are documented
• Use your own video equipment to capture high-quality footage
• Follow event guidelines and respect attendee privacy and media consent policies
• Provide raw footage or an edited highlight video after the event, as agreed

We're looking for volunteers who are:

• Passionate about videography and visual storytelling
• Comfortable operating professional or semi-professional video equipment
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Friendly and professional when interacting with attendees
• Able to move throughout the event to capture a variety of perspectives
• Experienced with event videography and basic video editing (preferred but not required)
