Volunteer After-School Tutors Needed!

Empowerment Pathways is looking for dedicated volunteers to support middle and high school students through our after-school program.

We are seeking volunteers who can help students with any/all school subjects and topics, including homework, assignments, studying, and general academic support. Volunteers will also work with and support neurodivergent students and students with different learning styles and needs.

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00–6:00 PM

⏰ Volunteers can choose the days they are available.

What We're Looking For:

• Individuals who enjoy working with and supporting students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, dependability, and a willingness to help students succeed
• An ability to work with students with different learning styles and needs
• Comfort working with neurodivergent students
• Tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or subject-specific experience is a plus
• Applicants will be asked to submit a resume so we can determine the best fit based on their education and experience

Requirements:

• All required background clearances must be completed.
