Root For Change is a youth-led organization(awaiting an official 501(c)(c) status) that aims to address environmental issues; We hope to engage individuals in fun activities to help combat the environmental crisis, and inform the general public about the health of their environment. We are more than pleased to hear that you are interested in joining us on this mission.Please keep in mind the fact that all the roles are voluntary!

AGE REQUIREMENTS: 11 - 25

• previous experience showcasing creative thinking
• strong communication collaborative, and analytical skills
• ability to translate feedback into positive outcomes

Which teams you will work with ──★ ˙🌺 ̟ !!

1. Head of Marketing Operations (directly)
2. Graphic designs, video creators, researchers (indirectly)

How this works ──★ ˙🌺 ̟ !!

1. brainstorm content ideas( >5) that the content team( graphic designer and the video creator) can use.
   1. submit your ideas before the start of the next month. Ex. for the month of May, you would need to submit your ideas on April 30th.
   2. your ideas must align with one of the three content categories we have. more on this upon acceptance
2. work alongside the marketing head to create a large spreadsheet to analyze other organizations' works and how we can implement them into our own organization. these research must be reflected within your content ideas. More information will be given upon acceptance.
3. create comprehensive captions for the members within your team(more information will be given upon acceptance).
   1. non-negotiable aspects that must be in the captions are the name of creators, and hashtags. you will work with the marketing team to figure out the tactical means of formatting the rest of the descriptions.
   2. attach these captions with you submit your content ideas
