Forgiven Soles in a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on Farm-Based Youth Reentry & Mentorship Initiative. A community-based program designed to support justice-involved youth transitioning from juvenile detention or residential placement back into their communities.
The program will serve youth ages 12–17 returning from secure placement or under probation supervision who have been identified as moderate to high risk of reoffending based on validated risk and needs assessment tools.
The initiative integrates individualized case management, mentoring relationships, vocational agricultural training, life-skills education, and family engagement to provide structured support during the reentry process.
Youth Mentors will provide supervision, mentorship, and instruction to participating youth. Mentors assist youth in learning farm tasks, teamwork, responsibility, and personal accountability.
Responsibilities include: Supervising youth during farm activities, Providing guidance, encouragement, and mentorship, Reinforcing behavioral expectations, Supporting youth in completing assigned tasks, and Assisting with program lessons and reflection activities.
