Grant Writing

One Love Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our communities through a variety of programs. To expand our reach and provide medical care, food, and safe shelter for our rescued animals, we rely heavily on the generous support of grants and foundations.

The Role: As a Volunteer Grant Writer, you will play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts. You will help us tell our story compellingly to secure the financial resources necessary to continue our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources that align with our mission.

Draft compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports for the One Love Directors to review and submit.

Maintain an organized calendar of grant submission deadlines and reporting dates.

Collaborate with our team to gather the necessary information, data, and pcitures to strengthen applications.
