Position Overview
Creation 4 Cause is seeking a Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to lead and execute our digital presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact, storytelling, and digital strategy who wants hands-on experience in nonprofit communications and media.
You will play a key role in growing our audience, increasing engagement, and supporting fundraising and awareness campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a social media strategy aligned with Creation 4 Cause campaigns and goals
- Plan and manage a content calendar with consistent, timely posting
- Create and publish engaging content (short-form video, graphics, captions) across platforms
- Manage accounts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) and optimize for growth and engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build community trust
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly insights and improvements
- Support promotion of events, fundraising campaigns, and partnerships
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with mission and ethical standards
