    Open Call: Creative Volunteer – Content & Visual Designer

    Quietkind Project is expanding our global humanitarian storytelling team.

    We are looking for a creative volunteer who can help us unify our visual identity and transform real field activities into meaningful, cohesive content.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Creative Content & Visual Designer (Volunteer) who can:

    • Edit and design activity photos into a consistent tone aligned with our logo and brand colors
    • Create a unified visual identity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and our website
    • Develop engaging content ideas that communicate humanitarian impact
    • Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) from raw footage
    • Help structure storytelling: what message to highlight, what angle to focus on
    • Maintain a calm, warm, compassionate visual direction

    What We Need

    Our current visuals include activities from different countries, different lighting, different school uniforms, and environments.

    Your role is to:

    • Adjust tones and color grading so all content feels cohesive
    • Design layouts/templates that align with our brand
    • Help shape content so it feels meaningful, educational, and inspiring
    • Turn raw documentation into impactful storytelling

    Ideal Candidate

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Understands humanitarian / NGO / community-based work
    • Has a sense of compassion and emotional storytelling

    • Understands short-form content trends without compromising authenticity
    • Is patient and collaborative
