Volunteers Needed for Medical Mission Trip to Liberia, West Africa

Liberia Medical Mission (LMM) is organizing its 6th medical mission trip to Liberia, West Africa, next year, from February 24th to March 12th, 2023. The mission will center around three core services- Eyecare, mobile clinic, and mental health services.

We are currently accepting volunteer application forms for the following :

• General Surgeons
• Residents and Fellows
• ER Physicians
• Nurse Practitioners
• Nephrologists
• Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatrists
• Cardiologists
• Dermatologists
• Dentists
• Eye Surgeons- Pediatric and Adult trained in MSICS (Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgeon)
• Nurses
• BioMedical Engineer
• Videographer/Photographer
• Report Writer

We require a minimum 7-10-day commitment from all volunteers. Each volunteer is responsible for their airfare. Liberia Medical Mission will arrange for an entry visa, local accommodation, food, temporary practice licenses, and transportation in Liberia. Below is the link to access the application form:
