    Due to classes being trauma informed, volunteers need to commit to a full class session. Sessions are typically once a week for 1-2 hours and run from 6-8 weeks. Location and time of day varies throughout the year.

    Description

    Volunteer Childcare Supporter - Help Strengthen Families in Yamhill County

    A Family Place, located in Yamhill County, Oregon, offers FREE group series and workshops for parents and families supporting children ages 0-17. Our programs help families build skills, strengthen relationships, and connect with community support.

    Our group series run 6-8 weeks and are offered both in-person and online. For in-person classes, we provide childcare and food so parents and caregivers can fully focus on learning and support. To make this possible, we rely on dedicated volunteers to help care for children during class sessions.
