    Description

Join the leading national conference in animal advocacy. Taking Action for Animals (TAFA) brings together volunteers and animal advocates across the U.S. for one shared goal: to better the lives of animals and people alike.

Volunteers support TAFA in various ways, from stuffing attendee bags before the conference, to monitoring sessions, assisting with registration, or helping at other sessions. Shifts vary in length from 1-4+ hours, and you can sign up for as many as you'd like.

Volunteers interested in attending the conference qualify for a discounted conference registration of just $80 as long as they volunteer at least 4 hours! Please wait to register for the conference until your volunteer application is processed.

Volunteers will be required to sign a release and waiver of liability as part of their participation at TAFA.

Volunteers working at TAFA should be comfortable interacting with and providing high quality customer service to conference attendees. Volunteers should also be able to work as scheduled, follow directions, work with little direct supervision and be flexible.
