    Volunteer at Cruise for Crestwood Car Show (Community Fundraiser for Local School)

    Crestwood Academy is hosting our first community fundraiser, “Cruise for Crestwood,” a classic car show designed to bring families together while supporting a new local private microschool focused on academics, character, and real-world learning.

    We are looking for reliable, positive volunteers to help us create a smooth, welcoming, and fun event for the community.

    Volunteer roles may include:

    • Assisting with event check-in and guest guidance
    • Helping direct parking and event flow
    • Help with raffles
    • Supporting vendor setup and coordination
    • Handing out flyers and engaging with attendees
    • General event support as needed

    This is a great opportunity to:

    • Support a new local school
    • Be part of a meaningful community event
    • Gain volunteer experience
    • Connect with other families and local businesses

    Volunteers will not be responsible for handling money or financial transactions.

    We are building something special in Moore, and we would love for you to be part of it.

    Directions

    Event will be held in the main parking lot area of Freddy’s Frozen Custard in Moore. Volunteers should arrive by 4:15 PM for check-in and role assignment.

    *Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Light colors are recommended due to outdoor heat. Volunteers will be provided with a name badge for easy identification.
