Description
About the Opportunity
We are seeking creative volunteers to help transform thought-provoking articles and podcasts into engaging short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
The Gender Talks Substack explores modern relationships, gender, sexuality, culture, free speech, politics, psychology, and social change through a balanced yin-yang perspective. The project encourages respectful dialogue across ideological divides and seeks practical solutions to today's cultural and gender-based conflicts.
Volunteers will also have the opportunity to create longer educational videos based on the Hedonisia Book Trilogy, a series examining gender, community, sustainability, sexuality, and social innovation.

- Create 2-3 minute video shorts based on Gender Talks articles and podcast episodes
- Transform written content into engaging visual stories using narration, text, images, animation, AI tools, or stock footage
- Edit videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
- Create compelling titles, captions, and thumbnails
- Assist with script writing and storyboarding
- Create longer 5-15 minute educational videos based on chapters from the Hedonisia Book Trilogy
- Collaborate remotely with the project founder on content ideas and creative direction
