    Description

Be a part of conflict transformation in your community.

Youth Harm Repair Co-Facilitators create a safe space for people affected by an incident of harm to share their perspectives and craft a path forward. In close collaboration with a Restorative Justice Manager, you will co-lead restorative processes including restorative reflections, harm repair conferences, and closing circles.

Co-Facilitators complete two training series prior to volunteering:

    • Foundations of Community-Based Restorative Practices (15 hrs)
    • Harm Repair Practice (15 hrs)
