    Description

    Are you passionate about making a difference and connecting people with meaningful opportunities? Inclusive World is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven Community Outreach and Partnerships Coordinator to help expand awareness of our programs and grow our community of participants, families, volunteers, and partners.

    Inclusive World provides person-centered vocational, life-skills, and employment programs for youth and adults with disabilities. The Coordinator will play an important role in helping more families and volunteers learn about and access these opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, curate, and coordinate outreach opportunities, including community booths, resource fairs, workshops, presentations, and informational events
    • Maintain an organized calendar of outreach activities, deadlines, and follow-up actions
    • Develop and manage partnerships with schools, nonprofits, businesses, service providers, and other community organizations
    • Identify new communities and demographics that could benefit from Inclusive World’s programs or volunteer opportunities
    • Help recruit new participants, families, high school volunteers, adult volunteers, and community partners
    • Prepare for and represent Inclusive World at community events, including occasional weekend events
    • Maintain and replenish the outreach booth box with supplies, displays, promotional materials, and event essentials
      • Ensure that the appropriate flyers and informational materials are available based on the season, current programs, enrollment periods, and target audience
    • Track outreach contacts, inquiries, and follow-up opportunities
    • Work closely with Inclusive World’s marketing, social media, program, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated outreach efforts

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Degree or experience in communications, marketing, business, nonprofit management, community engagement, or a related field
    • Three to five years of experience in community outreach, nonprofit engagement, marketing, partnerships, or fundraising is desirable
    • Strong written communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
    • Familiarity with social media and other marketing platforms
    • Positive, proactive, organized, and dependable
    • Able to manage multiple projects and follow through independently
    • Comfortable engaging with families, volunteers, community leaders, and organizational partners

    Time commitment: Approximately 3–4 hours per week, with occasional weekend participation and additional hours on the days of outreach events.
