Looking to build your resume, grow your portfolio, and gain real world social media experience while supporting a meaningful nonprofit mission?
Mental Health Collaborative (MHC) is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit organization dedicated to building resilient communities through mental health education and awareness. We are seeking a creative Social Media volunteer to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit communications and digital engagement.
Note: Academic credit may be available if arranged through your school.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Develop social media content with guidance from MHC staff
Create graphics and posts using Canva
Help plan and organize weekly social media content
Learn about nonprofit communications, branding, and audience engagement
Build work samples for your professional portfolio
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
Experience using Canva
Creativity and attention to detail
Interest in communications, mental health education, or nonprofit work.
Prior professional social media experience is not required.
